"Exceeding Expectations"
Eric's philosophy is that putting the needs of his clients first has always been his primary objective. As Eric's business grew, Eric realized that the team concept was the next step in order to maintain the same level of service that his clients had come to expect so Eric began the search for the best team concept in the real estate industry. Eric met Christopher Invidiata from Oakville Canada at a RE/MAX top agent summit in 2008. Christopher's team - The Invidiata Team has ranked #1 in Canada since 2004, and recently achieved the prestigious honor of being the #1 RE/MAX Team worldwide for 2007. Working with Christopher, Teams International USA was formed.
A firm believer in giving back to the community, Eric makes a contribution to the Gillette Children's Hospital for every home that we sell.
Eric attributes much of his success to the support and dedication of the team. He has assembled a team of dedicated and professional full-time sales agents who are able to provide clients with an analysis of current market trends through research and state-of-the-art technology. "Our team is committed to understanding the needs and wants of our clients and applying our expertise to achieve their goals," insists Eric, "We still treat each client like they are our only client".

Patty Wilson began her career in real estate in 1998, buying and selling investment property. In a sense this was a complete turnaround from her years in the financial industry, when she sat on the other side of the table during real estate deals. But in another sense the two industries are exactly the same: Patty helps make complex situations simple for clients who have their own particular needs, and who depend on Patty to find a solution that is right for them.
After more than a decade working in the industry, Patty’s responsibilities have expanded. She still handles investment property, but she also deals with bank-owned property as well as housing for owner-occupation. She takes particular pleasure in matching a client with their first home, and enjoys the first year follow up visit where she sees how the clients have made that home uniquely theirs.

Lisa was raised in Maple Grove and currently still lives in the Northwest Suburbs. Her extensive knowledge of the area can help buyers and sellers alike.
In her personal time, Lisa enjoys watching her two sons play sports, exercising, and spending time with her family.
